He was a kind soul with a quick hello, who enjoyed jokes (puns even better). Jérôme worked for Maple Leaf Construction for over 20 years and often spoke of good times with his co-workers. It amazed us the number of people who knew him. A stranger to Jérôme was another friend to meet. His cousins were like his brothers. He showed compassion for friends and neighbours, finding ways to help. He didn’t like a fuss, and preferred to keep things simple.
