Nichols, 83, passed away on Tuesday, April 11, 2006. She was born in Olga, North Dakota on September 6, 1922 and moved to Michigan in 1944. She came to Brevard County in 1959 from Plymouth, Michigan. Mrs. Nichols worked for Jackson Jr. High and THS in the Cafeteria, and the Coffee Shop at Sears and Morrison Cafeteria before retiring. Surviving family includes her children, Marvin (Joann) Nichols and Robin (Alexa) Nichols; six grandchildren, Charity (Mark) Lopeman, Crystal, Stephen, and Michael Nichols, and Adam and Amber Hunter; a sister, Rolande Gamache; and brothers, Isadore and Leonard Gamache. A memorial service will be held on Friday, April 21, 2006 at 10:30 a.m. at Brevard Memorial Funeral Home in Cocoa.
