BERNICE MAJEWSKI, BORN: MAR 06, 1922, DATE OF PASSING: DEC 22, 2009; It is with sadness that we announce the passing of Bernice on December 22, 2009, at the Vita Care Home, at the age of 87. She is survived by her sister Victoria Vicky (Kulyk); nephews Clarence, Vernon, and Richard; as well as numerous grandnephews and grandnieces, and great-grandnephews and great-grandnieces. Bernice was predeceased by her sisters, Angela Nellie (Graboski), Mary (Baranowski), and Helen (Thibodeau). She was born and raised in Tolstoi, MB. She also retired there after having worked for over 25 years in Winnipeg, serving in various Roman Catholic rectories. Bernice had deep faith in her Roman Catholic belief. An avid traveler, Bernice had ventured as far away as France, Italy, Egypt, and Israel. Many thanks to the staff, doctors, and nurses of the Vita Care Home, for their care of our Auntie Bernice. Funeral services will be held at the Holy Trinity Roman Catholic Parish in Tolstoi, on Wednesday, December 30, 2009 at 1:00 p.m.
