She leaves to mourn her family Roger (Annette), Simone Rey (Leonel), Norbert (Marielle), Denis (Helene), Roseline Green (Gary) and Georges. She also leaves 20 grandchildren and 23 great grandchildren. Also left to mourn are her sisters Maria Richard (Lambert), Yvonne Richard (Lambert) and husband Cleophas and her sisters-in-law Cecile Lambert, Marie Lemieux, Irene Dacquay, Helene Goulet, Rose Bruneau and Marie-Louise Bruneau. She was predeceased by her husband Felix in 1998, her son Henri in 1953, also 8 sisters and 3 brothers. Blanche was born March 14, 1915 in St. Boniface. She was married in St. Claude in 1936 and lived on the farm until their retirement in 1974. With much courage and patience, Blanche cared for Felix for 24 years after he became disabled. Her hobbies included dancing, knitting, crochet, listening to old time music and was especially fond of taking care of her flowers. Prayers will be held at Adams Funeral Home on Monday, March 1 at 8:00 p.m.. Funeral mass will be celebrated in the St. Claude Roman Catholic Church on Tuesday March 2 at 2:00 p.m. Full obitbulkloaduary to follow. The family wishes to thank Dr. Arie Lazarus, and the nurses and staff at the St. Claude Hospital for the wonderful care and support we received. Also to Father Jean-Jacques Serceau, Msgr. Roger Bazin and Sr. Cecile for their words of encouragement and visits to the hospital.
