PEARL PLESS (nee ZAPOTOTSKI) On April 28, 2000, Pearl Pless aged 87 passed away at the Seven Oaks Hospital. Pearl is survived by her family, son Edward Chyzewski; daughter Betty Hanson; grandchildren, Sharon, Janet, Natalie, John and Lisa; great-grandchildren, Jessica, Brooklyn, Destiny, Jonathon, Grace, Tony Jr., Ariel Jr., and Andrea; brother Pete and sister Kay Budzan. Pearl was predeceased by her husband Konrad, son-in-law Marlo Hanson as well as brothers Mike, Dan, Steve, John and sisters Ann Miller and Eva Fedak. A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, May 2, at 3:00 p.m. at Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main St. Pearl was born on April 8, 1913 in Libau, MB and lived there until moving to Winnipeg in 1933, where she lived until her passing. She enjoyed gardening and had a special talent for baking and cooking. She was a very loving, caring and devoted mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. The family wishes to extend their thanks to the staff at the River East Personal Care Home for their care and compassion. CROPO FUNERAL CHAPEL in care of arrangements - 586-8044.
