Ocean View Cemetery is operated by Service Corporation International (SCI) Canada and is principal burying ground for New Westminster, Burnaby, and the east end of the city of Vancouver of the British Columbia Lower Mainland. The mausoleum is known around the world for its spectacular stained glass and statuary. Currently there are over 4,500 entombed in the mausoleum and 86,000 on the grounds (36 hectares). With a funeral home on the grounds, it remains an active and attractive lawn-style cemetery.
