He was predeceased by seven brothers and sisters, one daughter and two sons. Elmer will be sadly missed by his children and grandchildren, whom he loved very much".. He will also be missed by many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. Elmer was a hard worker who was always ready to lend a hand, putting others before himself. A private family service will be held. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation, 200-6 Donald St., Winnipeg, MB R3L 0K6.
