Margaret was long time employee with Eaton's Catalogue Sales until its closing. Grandma's favourite things in life were her grandchildren and more recently her great-grandchildren. If grandma wasn't with her grandchildren or great-grandchildren she was either at Bingo with daughter Sue or playing cards with her brothers and sisters. Grandma will be remembered most for her ability to find the good in everything and everyone, her love for music, dancing and family get-togethers. Grandma will also be remembered for her Afghans she made for everyone in her life which without a doubt will be treasured forever. Dearest Mother - Grandma - Great-grandma - Sister and Friend. We all love you and will always love you. The love you gave us will always be cherished and our thoughts and memories of you will be remembered and carried on forever. The family would like to thank the fifth floor Internal Medicine staff at the St. Boniface Hospital who gave us and grandma such care and understanding. A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, March 22 at 2:00 p.m. at Desjardins Funeral Chapel, 357 Des Meurons St. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Margaret's memory to the Canadian Diabetes Association, PO Box 12013 Stn Brm B, Toronto, ON M7Y 2L3.
