In spite of all of this, her greatest pride and joy was spending time with family, especially all of the family reunions, and her 100th birthday celebration. We are grateful for her faith, her work ethic, the love and kindness she shared to enrich our lives with those very same values. We are also privileged for having had Mom with us for this long, and will forever cherish fond memories of our mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and great-great-grandmother. We love you Mom. You will be forever etched in our hearts. The family wishes to extend a special thank you to all of the Palliative Care Nurses, especially Germaine, and the respite workers who were of great help and support in her final two years.
