He leaves to mourn his passing his mother Cécile (née Laroche); brothers and sister, Jacques (Susan), Evelyne (Philippe) Lessard, Normand (Gisèle), Raymond (Gisèle), Guy (Denise), Bernard (Claudette), David (Lynne) and sister in law Evelyne Bosc; nieces and nephews, Lauren (Rae), Marc, Patrick (Kateri), Carolyne (James), Gilles, Aubry, Théo, Mélanie (Mario), Colin, Natasha, Mathieu, Steven, Dominic, Rémy, Zacharie and Maxim; great-niece Alizée. Also leaves to mourn numerous aunts and uncles, relatives, caregivers and friends from Somerset Villa and Portage MDC.
Alain was predeceased by his father Marcien, brother Marcel, nephew Paul Lessard, grandparents Rémy and Ange (née Magne) Bosc and Philias and Florence (née Bourgeois) Laroche.
Prayers will be held at Adam’s Funeral Home on Sunday, August 20, 2017 at 5:30 p.m.
Funeral Services will be held in the Notre Dame de Lourdes Roman Catholic Church on Monday, August 21, 2017. Video tribute at 1:45 p.m. followed by Funeral Mass at 2 p.m. with Father Alain Guenou officiating. Private family interment in the Parish Cemetery immediately following the funeral service.
As an expression of sympathy, memorial donations may be made to a charity of choice.

Paisiblement, à l’hôpital de Portage, le lundi 14 août 2017, est décédé à l’âge de 52 ans, Alain Bosc.
Il laisse dans le deuil sa mère Cécile (née Laroche); ses frères et sa sœur: Jacques (Susan), Evelyne (Philippe) Lessard, Normand (Gisèle), Raymond (Gisèle), Guy (Denise), Bernard (Claudette), David (Lynne) et une belle-sœur Evelyne Bosc. Il laisse aussi ses neveux et nièces: Lauren (Rae), Marc, Patrick (Kateri), Carolyne (James), Gilles, Aubry, Théo, Mélanie (Mario), Colin, Natasha, Mathieu, Steven, Dominic, Rémy, Zacharie et Maxim; arrière-nièce Alizée; Il laisse aussi de nombreuses tantes et oncles, famille, personnel et amis de Somerset Villa et Portage MDC.
Alain a été précédé dans la tombe par son père Marcien, son frère Marcel, son neveu Paul Lessard, ses grands-parents Rémy et Ange (née Magne) Bosc et Philias et Florence (née Bourgeois) Laroche.
Les prières auront lieu au Salon Mortuaire Adam le dimanche 20 août 2017 à 17h30.
Le service funèbre aura lieu en l’Église catholique de Notre-Dame-de-Lourdes le lundi 21 août 2017 : hommage à 13h45, messe des funérailles célébrée par l’abbé Alain Guenou à 14h. L’inhumation privée au cimetière de la paroisse.
Au lieu de fleurs, les personnes intéressées sont invitées à faire un don à la charité de leur choix.
La direction des funérailles a été confiée au salon mortuaire Adam de Notre-Dame-de-Lourdes, au Manitoba.
