The story has been brought forward to this site as follows:
On Saturday, January 8th, 2011, at the age of 87 years. Violet was born Thursday, June 21st, 1923 in Brandon, Manitoba. Beloved wife of Roy Davies for 60 years who predeceased her October 4th, 2010. Mother of Debbie (Steve) Johnston, Chuckie Davies (2009), Darlene (John) Franchetto, Paul (Ann) Davies. Grandmother of Spencer (Laura), Johnston, DeeDee (Jaret) Hopkins, Skyler Johnston, Kyle (Allison) Franchetto, Kevin (Nicole) Franchetto, Joshua (Angela) St Pierre, Joel (Katlynn) St Pierre. Great Grandmother of Marisa, Victoria, Emerald, Jetara and Logan. Visitation will be held at St. Paul's Presbyterian Church Saturday, January 15th, 2011 from 12:00 to 1:00 pm with a memorial service at 1:00pm. Donations in Violet's memory to Canadian Cancer Society, Heart and Stroke Foundation of Ontario or Community Living London would be appreciated and may be done through the McBEATH-DYNES FUNERAL HOME.
