Mary is survive".d by daughters, Carol (Bill) and Denise; grandson Colin (Rachel), her extended family and many friends. Mary was predeceased by her father and mother, John and Anne Percan; husband Michael Michaluk; son Nicholas; daughter Patricia; and by second husband William Panaschuk. Mary was born June 17, 1923 in Foley, Manitoba. Through the course of her life, she raised her family and lived in Foley, Winnipeg Beach, Lockport, Selkirk and the last two years in Winnipeg. Mary was a very loving, special, independent and hardworking lady. She was always welcoming, caring and accepting of the people in her life. She enjoyed cooking, baking, gardening and being with her family and friends. Please join us for a celebration of her life on Wednesday, October 20, 2010 at 11:00 a.m. at Gilbart Funeral Home in Selkirk, Manitoba with interment to follow at South Foley Cemetery. The family wishes to thank the compassionate staff at Concordia Hospital ICU. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to the Manitoba Lung Association. Gilbart Funeral Home, Selkirk in care of arrangements.
