Funeral Services were held Tuesday, July 24, from the Weiden Ukrainian Greek Catholic Church, with Father J. Sholdeck officiating. Pallbearers were William, mike, Harry and Tony Chuipka, John Tornkiw and Alex Hilash. Internment took palce in the parish cemetery. Sneath-Strilchuk funderal service was in chgarge. <p>John  Chuipka was born in the Rorketon district and educated in the Moose Bay district. He lived in Rorketon until 1925, when he moved to Detroit to be employed by the Chrysler corporation for 20 years. Then he moved to Los Angeles, where he operated a Tavern for seven years. He married Margaret Schwaluk of Shoal Lake in 1926.
