She will be deeply missed by her nine children, Lila, Lorraine (Peter), Marilyn, Glenn (Wendy), Rodney, Robert (Shirley), Paula (Roger), Theresa (Esroy), Jason (Eva) and her many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband Arthur in 1999 and her son-in-law Wilf in 2011. A memorial service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, November 10 at Wheeler Funeral Chapel, 211 Regent Avenue West. A gathering of family and friends will follow at the Transcona Legion, 117 Regent Avenue East. A private family interment has taken place. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to The Canadian Lung Association.
