      Alfred Carriere was the son of Sarah Denig & Augustin Carriere.Alfred lived and died in Woodridge Manitoba.The same town his Mother Sarah died at,in fact it was at the residence of Alfred that his Mother Sarah passed on.Lot 9 Queen St Woodridge Manitoba.Alfred's daughter Aurore my Grandmother was also born in Woodridge Manitoba,as was my Mother Phyllis born in Woodridge.Sarah Denig was also known as The "Fiery Cloud".The Northern Lights to the indians of the time were called Clouds of Fire,it is known Sarah was fond of the Northern Lights.(Aurora Borealis) Aurore Carriere was given her name in reference to her Grandmother Sarah Carriere.And know you know the rest of the story.
