A few years ago I had hired a geneologist in Ukraine to research my father's Harrison family and had great success. Armed with this info I had on Cassian I hired him to research his Shmigelsky family. Unfortunately he was unable to find out much on him. He said that Shmigelsky was a very common name in Dzvynachka and needed more info. He found no birth or marriage records for him in Dzvynachka or in surrounding towns. He however was able to confirm that their Michalina was born on Nov 18, 1899 in Dzvynachka (and not 1889 as indicated in the 1901 census). She likely died as young girl as she's not on any other census.
