It was described specifically or transcribed by them as "HELEN (LENA) CHIZICK (BODNARUK, Date of Passing: Sep 11, 1999; Suddenly at the St. Boniface General Hospital on September 11, 1999, Helen (Lena) Chizick beloved mother and Baba passed away at the age of 77 years. Babas generous nature, kind heart a".nd warm smile will forever remain in our memories and will continue to fill our hearts. Helen was predeceased by loving husband, Henry Chizick, in April 1997. She is survived by children, Audrey (David), Bonnie and Andrew (Gloria) grandchildren, Lisa, Jeff, Corey, Andrea, Rick and Rod (Tanya) brothers, Sam and John and many close relatives and friends. Helen was a parishioner of the Ukrainian Catholic Parish of Blessed Virgin Mary in Rossdale, Manitoba. Funeral Services will take place at Glen Eden Funeral Home, 4477 Main St. on September 15 at 10:00 with Father John Pazak, C.Ss.R officiating. Viewing will be held one half hour prior to service time. Interment to follow in the Garden of Resurrection in Glen Eden Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society, 193 Sherbrook St., Winnipeg, MB, R3C 9Z9 or a charity of your choice. Arrangements entrusted to: GLEN EDEN FUNERAL HOME 4477 MAIN ST. 338-7111
