It was described specifically or transcribed by them as "DELIA (DOLLY) CHOUINARD, BORN: JUL 10, 1938, DATE OF PASSING: MAY 20, 2009; It is with heavy hearts that we announce the sudden but peaceful passing of Delia (Dolly) Yvonne Marie Chouinard at the Health Sciences Centre on Wednesday, May 20, 2009 a".t the age of 70 years. Delia was predeceased by her beloved husband, Léo; she leaves to mourn her passing, her sons, Michel (Rose), Norm (Nicole), Marcel (Sharon), Fern (Dawn), and her grandchildren, Reg (Melissa), Darrell (Jodi), André, Chantal, René, Joël, Matthew, Emery, Eric, Dylan, Alain, and Kelsey. She also leaves seven sisters and nine brothers, as well as numerous brothers and sisters-in-law. She was predeceased by her parents and her brothers, Eldege and Roger. Delia was born on July 10, 1938 in Fisher Branch, Manitoba. She married Léo Chouinard on October 4, 1958. They lived in Carey, Manitoba until Léo retired in the mid-80's when they then moved to St. Pierre-Jolys. Delia retired from the St. Pierre Hospital Dietary staff in the early 90's. Delia's children were her world. She will be missed. The family wishes to thank the DeSalaberry and District Paramedic staff, the hospital staff, as well as the Health Sciences Centre staff for their diligent care. Funeral mass will be celebrated at the St. Pierre Roman Catholic Church in St. Pierre-Jolys, Manitoba on Saturday, May 23 at 2:30 p.m. Interment will take place in the St. Pierre Parish Cemetery following the mass. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Delia's memory to the Manitoba Heart and Stroke Foundation, 6 Donald Street, Winnipeg, MB R3L 0K6.

It was described specifically or transcribed by them as "DENIS AURELE JOSEPH MEILLEUR, BORN: APR 27, 1941, DATE OF PASSING: JAN 25, 2011; With heavy hearts, we announce the peaceful passing of Denis Meilleur, at the age of 69 years, on January 25, 2011 at Foyer Valade in Saint Vital, MB. Denis suffered f".or many years of Diabetes although he tried very hard to keep his suffering and burden to himself. Denis is survived by his sons, Gérald (Angie) Meilleur (Ottawa, ON) and François (Isabelle) Meilleur (Medicine Hat, AB), grandsons Eric, Alex, Riley and Zachary, former wife Julie (née Hudon) Meilleur (Calgary, AB), as well as his brothers and sisters Juliette (Richard) Myers (Morden, MB), Raymond (Lucie) Meilleur (Fisher Branch, MB), Aline (Claude) Boisjoli (St. Adolphe, MB), Claire Piggot (Winnipeg, MB) and Daniel (Kathy) Meilleur (Calgary, AB). He is also remembered by numerous nephews and nieces, grand-nephews and grand-nieces, uncles, aunts, cousins and many, many friends. Denis was predeceased by his son Jean-Guy Meilleur (2000), parents Emery Meilleur (1977) and Léontine Meilleur (2008), former wife Deliah Chouinard (2009), brother René, January 24, 2011. Denis' life was punctuated by that of service to many causes and efforts at raising funds for various charities and organizations, including the Knights of Columbus, the Association Canadien-Français de l'Alberta, and many, many others. His love of music and dedication to maintaining the french culture brought him to becoming a founding member of La Voix des Rocheuses in Calgary. A celebration of Denis' life will begin with prayers on Sunday, January 30 at 8:00 p.m. at the Immaculate Conception Roman Catholic Church in Fisher Branch, MB. Mass of the Resurrection will be celebrated on Monday, January 31, 2011 at 1:00 p.m. also at the Immaculate Conception Roman Catholic Church presided by Father Paul Bisson. Interment to follow at the Immaculate Conception Cemetery. The family wishes to thank the staff at Heritage Place and Foyer Valade for their loving care. To all of Denis' extended family and friends who visited Denis and extended kindness, Thank you. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Immaculate Conception Cemetery Fund, c/o Raymond Meilleur, or the Canadian Diabetes Society in Denis' name.
