CHARLES JULES PHILIPPOT, DATE OF PASSING: NOV 28, 2005; Peacefully on Monday, November 28, 2005 at the age of 85 years, Charles passed away with his family by his side. He is survived by his loving wife of 54 years, Lucienne (nee Badiou); his daughters, Chantal (George), Mona (Denis), Linda (Norbert), Louise (Richard) and his son Claude (Colleen). He leaves behind his brothers and sisters, Julien, Alexis (Josette), Joseph (Yvonne), Natalie, Adrienne (Jose), Henri (Cecile), Louise (Aime), Raymond (Laurette) and five grandsons, 13 granddaughters, 10 great-grandchildren, as well as many nephews and nieces. He was predeceased by his parents, Alexis and Marie; his sisters Angele and Isabelle; his children, Angele, Leo and Marcel and grandson Denis. Special thank-you to Charlotte, Caroline, Lorraine, Dr. Viens, Dr. Lazarus and the nursing staff at the St. Claude Hospital. Donations may be made to CancerCare Manitoba, 675 McDermot Ave. or Palliative Care, in care of St. Claude Hospital, P.O. Box 400, St. Claude, MB R0G 1Z0. At the request of our Dad, his body has been donated to the U. of M. Medical Faculty of Medicine. A mass to be held at a later date. Goodbye my family, my life has passed, I loved you all to the very last. Weep not for me, but courage take, Love each other, for my sake. For those you love don't go away, They walk beside you every day. DAD, WE LOVE YOU FOREVER.

LUCIENNE (LOU) PHILIPPOT (BADIOU), DATE OF PASSING: FEB 14, 2014; Our beloved mother, sister, grandmother, great-grandmother and friend passed away February 14, 2014 with her loving family by her side. She was predeceased by her first husband Marcel Dupasquier (November 1948) and by their children Léo, Jeanette, Angéle, Marcel and grandson Denis. She was also predeceased by her second husband Charles Philippot (November 2005). Left to cherish her memory are her four daughters, Chantal (George) Green, Mona Lou (Denis) Leduc, Linda Lou (Norbert) Labossiere, Louise (Richard) Labossiere and her son Claude (Colleen) Philippot. She will be sadly missed by her brother Aimé (Louise) Badiou, her grandchildren, Rhonda, Desiree, Shane, Dale, Christopher, Shelley, Michael, Jonathan, Joel, Kristiane, Natalie, Danielle, Jamie, Kelly, Dawn, Lindsay, Bailey and Micheline, her great-grandchildren Brandi, Reece, Angele, Morgan, Fraser, Andie, Jaycee, Charlie, Jaxson, Easton, Maëlle, Dallas, Owen, Ryan, Reighen, Kolby, Parker, Carter, Caden, Ash, Tyson, Taytum, Zoe and Cédric. Mom was looking forward to another grand baby in August. She will also be missed by Joseph and Yvonne Philippot, Natalie Jacques, Adrienne Troisfontaine, Cécile Philippot, Raymond and Laurette Philippot, Betty-Jo Hossner and Gerda Dupasquier. Mom faced and overcame many losses and challenges. She loved life and looked forward to every new day. She had a strong work ethic. Mom loved visiting with her family and friends sharing a cup of coffee and a sweet treat. Mom was a wonderful grandmother and great-grandmother. Mom loved shopping for that special gift for her loved ones. Mom's hands were always busy and she enjoyed many hobbies - she was a wonderful cook, loved to shop, knit and read. Her passion was her plants and flowers. A special thank you to the staff who were with mom in her final hours, Dr. Fortier, Dr. Bérard, Dr. Hamilton, Kathy and Roseline. Thank you to Jacqueline Bazin and the Home Care team who made it possible for Mom to stay at home with her beloved Mimi. A special thank you to Dr. Viens for the wonderful care you gave Mom through the years. Cremation has taken place, a private family celebration will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the St. Claude & Haywood Wellness Centre.
