Elmire leaves to cherish her memory, sister Estelle Mennie; nieces and nephews; great-nieces an".d nephews, and a great-great-niece and nephew, close relatives and friends. Elmire was predeceased by her husband Lloyd; her parents, Edmond and Virginie Perreault; her sister Edmee Pietryk and her two brothers, Edward and Celestin. In accordance with Elmires wishes, cremation has taken place and a memorial service will be held on Wednesday, October 17, at 12:30 p.m. in the Leatherdale Gardiner Funeral Chapel, 1501 Waverley St. at Chevrier Blvd. with Rev. Dr. Patrick A. Morand officiating. A private family interment will be held. The family extends a special thanks to the nurses and health-care aides on 3E at Riverview Health Centre. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in memory of Elmire to CancerCare Manitoba, 100 Olivia St., Winnipeg, MB, R3E OV9 or to a charity of your choice.
