      It was described specifically or transcribed by them as "Cecile Marie Josephine Labossiere, September 17, 2011; It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of our dear wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, Cecile Labossiere (née Brick) aged 86 on Saturday, September 17, 2011 at the Por".tage District Hospital.

      She leaves to mourn her loving husband of 65 years, Hermas, her 4 sons Normand (Dorothy), Jules (Shannon), Michel (Monique), Richard (Louise), her daughter Liliane (Graydon), her grandchildren Lisa, Shaun, Matthew, Jennifer (Jamie), Jason (Sherri), Leanne, Marc, Micheline (Eric), Graydon (Seyoung) and her great- grandchildren Shaylyn & Tyson. She also leaves her brothers Roger (Margaret), Raymond (Tina), Rolly (Dorothy), Marcel (Lieve) and her sister-in-law Lorraine.

      She was predeceased by her parents Raphael and Madeleine Brick, and her brother Maurice.

      Mom was very devoted to her family. She liked to get together for a meal especially a wiener roast. She enjoyed the outdoors and would often sit outside in the sunshine, quietly with nature. She loved to travel and enjoyed many holidays with Dad travelling in the USA. She had a great memory and would often amaze everyone with her recollection of details. After Mom & Dad sold the farm in Haywood, they moved to St. Claude then to Winnipeg and eventually back to St. Claude in 2010. She said she came home again. She will always be remembered for being kind and forever cheerful.

      Funeral Services will be held in the St. Claude Roman Catholic Church on Friday, September 23, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. followed by Mass at 10:30 a.m. with Father Marcel Carrière officiating.

      The family wishes to extend their sincere thanks to the St. Claude Health Centre and the Portage District Hospital for their care and kindness to our Mom.

      In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the St. Claude Health Centre.

      Dad was very devoted to his family. He enjoyed family outings, going camping, fishing and travelling with Mom. He liked to watch hockey, especially the Montreal Canadians, and curling on T.V. He enjoyed reading and watching the birds outside his front window at the St. Claude Manoir where he resided for the past three years.

      Dad really enjoyed playing cards especially cribbage and cherished each and every game right to the end.

      Funeral Services will be held in the St. Claude Roman Catholic Church on Monday, December 23, 2013. Rosary, Eulogy and Video Tribute at 1:30 p.m. followed by Mass at 2:00 p.m. with Father Guy Lavallée officiating.

      In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the St. Claude Wellness Centre.
