      RHEA ROMA POIRIER (née GOSSEYE), DATE OF PASSING: OCT 31, 2017; Peacefully, at the Portage District Hospital, on Tuesday, October 31, 2017, Mrs. Rhéa Poirier of Haywood, Manitoba passed away at the age of 83 years. Rhéa leaves to cherish her memory her children, Annette Green, René Poirier, Roger (Sherry) Poirier, Lorraine Poirier (Jamie), Marie Poirier, and daughter-in-law Linda Poirier; her nine grandchildren, Stefan, Eric, Adam, Linnea (Brent), Kyle, Luke, Sean, Rhiannon and Brock. She also leaves to mourn her siblings Yvonne Gaultier, twin sister Eva (Vern) Henderson, Rene (Alice) Gosseye and Marcel Gosseye; and numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her husband Omer in 1979, her son Denis, and her son-in-law Rick Green. Funeral services will be held at the St. Denis Roman Catholic Church, in Haywood, MB on Saturday, November 4, 2017. Eulogy and video tribute at 2:30 p.m. followed by Funeral Mass at 3:00 p.m. with Fr. Arthur Solomon and Alain Guenou officiating. Interment will take place after Mass in the Haywood Parish Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation, 6 Donald Street, Winnipeg, MB R3L 0K6.
