      It was described specifically or transcribed by them as "KASMIR SOKALSKI, BORN: JUL 22, 1930, DATE OF PASSING: FEB 15, 2010; Peacefully, at the Beausejour Hospital, Kasmir Sokalski passed away February 15, 2010 at the age of 79 years. He leaves to cherish his memory, his loving wife Mae and daughter Caro".l, one sister-in-law Mamie Sokalski and three nephews; Victor (Pat) Sokalski, Don Sokalski and David Sokalski; niece Veronica (Allan) Stone and six great-nieces and nephews. Kasmir was born in Beausejour to Anton and Nellie Sokalski on July 22, 1930. He married Mae Klapprat on October 18, 1958. He took over the family farm in 1958 and farmed there until 1997, when they sold the farm and bought a hobby farm in Hazelridge. He stayed there until 2003, when he moved to Beausejour. The funeral service will be held on Thursday, February 18 at 2:00 p.m. at the Sobering Funeral Chapel, Beausejour with Rev. Msgr. Wesley Cwieka presiding. Friends may view on Wednesday, February 17 (tonight) from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. at the Chapel. Our family would like to express our deep appreciation to Dr. Van Rensburg, all the nurses, support workers and homecare workers at Beausejour Hospital for the wonder care they provided to Kasmir and their kindness to our family In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Beausejour Hospital, Box 1690, Beausejour, MB ROE OCO.
