Known to many as Yo or Mémé Yo, she was a cherished wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and friend to many.

She was a devoted farmer's wife, finding joy in milking her cows every morning and night. She also worked for many years as a cook at the Foyer in Notre Dame which was more than a job; it was a labor of love. She poured her heart and soul into every dish she prepared, it was a way to bring people together. Whether it was a hearty meal for her family after a long day's work or a feast for friends and neighbors, her meals were more than food; they were a reflection of her love, care, and generosity.

Let us carry on her legacy of laughter, joie de vivre and a good time. She will be fondly remembered for her love of a good card game, never going home without a good lunch shared amongst family and friends, her enjoyment of laughter and many stories. The joy she brought into our lives and the lessons she taught us about the importance of family and her spirit will live on in our hearts forever.
