Predeceased by his son Emmanuel in 2005; Joseph".at is survived by his wife of 68 years, Therese (nee Giasson); sons, Alphonse, Denis (Pat), Emile (Susan), Andrew (Linda), Victor (Gail), John, Gilbert and Rene (Sally); daughters, Jeannette, Lorraine (Carmen), Eva (Louis), Irene (Tim), Evlyn, Caroline (Rob); daughter-in-law Barbara; 39 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren. Funeral service will be held on Thursday, September 13 at 2:00 p.m. at Glen Lawn Funeral Home. Public viewing will be held at 1:30 p.m. We wish to send a very special thank you to all the staff at East Gate Lodge who looked after Cowboy Joe. You all gave him the very best care. God bless you all. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the CancerCare Manitoba Foundation, 675 McDermont Avenue, Winnipeg, Manitoba, R3E 9Z9, (204) 787-4143.

She is survived by 14 children; Jeannette, Lorraine (Carman), Alphonse, Denis (Pat), Eva, Emile (Susan), Andrew (Linda), Victor (Gail), Irene (Tim), Evelyn, John, Gilbert (Elizabeth), Caroline (Rob) and René (Sally), as well as daughter-in-law Barbara, 43 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren. Funeral service for Therese will be held Wednesday, October 23, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. with viewing starting at 1:30 p.m. at Glen Lawn Funeral Home, 455 Lagimodiere Blvd. Winnipeg, MB. We wish to send a special thanks to Dr. Wiebe and all the staff at Kin Place. The care Therese received was the best. You are very special, God bless you all.
