      LOUIS HENRI LECOCQ, BORN: JUL 14, 1918, DATE OF PASSING: OCT 29, 2005; On October 29, 2005 Louis Lecocq ended his earthly journey and crossed over to the next world to reunite with his wife Alice and his son Donald. He leaves to treasure his memory 3 sons Roland; Andre (Estelle); Roger (Karen) and 3 daughters Lucille (Fern Malo); Jeannine (Paul Savard) and Odile Apted (Pat). 19 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren. He leaves one sister Eva Hallett; and 3 brothers Albert (Marie); Omer (Therese) and Emile (Jeanne); and his in-laws (Gendre) Lea, Joe, Louis, Noe, Therese (Rene), Leonard (Irene), Georges (Peggy), Rose, Angelina (Connelly), and Celine (Florent). He was also predeceased by his sister Marie Viallet. Dad loved life, family and friends. He spent the greatest part of his life working as a baker at St Amant Centre. Dad was known for his great love of horses. In his spare time he loved gardening and hockey. Above all he enjoyed spoiling his grandkids with special popsicle treats. Pallbearers will be Richard Lecocq, Daniel Lecocq, Bryan Malo, Christian Lecocq, Michel Savard and Justin Apted. Special thanks to the caring staff on the 5th floor of Victoria Hospital and also Foyer Valade. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Norshel Inc 24-5 Scurfield R3Y 1G3. A funeral mass celebrating Louis' life will be held on Wednesday, November 2 at 10:30 a.m. in the Holy Family Church, 778 Archibald Street, with viewing a half hour prior to the service.
