      WILLIAM GADOMSKI, BORN: SEP 15, 1909, DATE OF PASSING: APR 04, 2000; Peacefully on April 4, 2000 at the Holy Family Nursing Home, William Gadomski, aged 90 years. Bill was born in Chatfield, MB on September 15, 1909. He was predeceased by his beloved wife, Anne, September, 1989; brothers, Alex and John; sisters, Tetania, Doris and Mary. In 1927 the three brothers formed a family band, John played the violin, Alex the drums and Bill the symbali and violin. Bill and Anne were married in 1942 and remained on the family farm until 1953 when they sold the farm and moved to Winnipeg. Bill retired from Eatons in 1974 after 20 years in the Maintenance Department. Uncle Bill moved to the Lions Manor in 1989 and Holy Family Nursing Home 1996. Thank you to all the care givers at Holy Family Nursing Home for their wonderful care and compassion. He is survived by numerous nieces and nephews. A graveside service will be held at 3;00 p.m., Saturday, April 8 at the Chatfield Community Cemetery, Rev. H. Lakusta will officiate. MacKenzie Funeral Home in care of arrangements.
