She was predeceased by her husband Antoine; her daughter Emilienne; her son Harvé and her son-in-law Leopold. Irma was born in St. Malo on August 17, 1914. She passed away peacefully at the Repos-Jolys in St. Pierre on February 26, 2007. We will remember Mom for her deep faith and for her love and devotion to her family. Her first priority in life was her children and grandchildren. She loved having company on weekends and holidays. Cooking was never too much and the crowd never too big. She will be remembered for her famous cheese burgers (nips) in the St. Malo Café and the many meals she served. Irma was involved with les Filles d'Isabelle for many years and was very good to those less fortunate. The family wishes to express their gratitude to the staffs of the Chalet Malouin, Ste. Anne Hospital and the Repos-Jolys for the loving care Mom received. Funeral mass will be celebrated at the St. Malo Roman Catholic Church in St. Malo, Manitoba on Friday, March 2 at 2:00 p.m. Prayer service will begin at 1:30 p.m. Interment will take place in the St. Malo Parish Cemetery following the mass. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Irma's memory to the Chalet Malouin, 14 St. Hilaire St. in St. Malo, Manitoba, R0A 1T0. LECLAIRE BROTHERS in care of arrangements.
