It was described specifically or transcribed by them as "JULIETTE MARIE LAFRENIERE (nee DELAQUIS); Born: Aug 07, 1907; Date of Passing: Jan 19, 2001; Suddenly, on January 19, 2001, Juliette, born August 7, 1907 in Notre Dame de Lourdes passed away at St. Boniface General Hospital. She was predeceased b".y her loving husband Romeo in 1995; brothers, Jean and Paul and sister Simone. Mom primarily focused her life on raising her family and sharing her time with friends. She generously contributed to fund-raising for a newly founded parish, as well as for local charities, and provided ten years of service to Tache Centre. She will be sadly missed in her passing by her children, Andree (Norbert Girardin), Roger (France) grandchildren, Christian (Lynn), Micheline, Chantal, and Martin and one great-grandchild Caroline. She also leaves one sister Fernande Delaquis; one brother Albert Delaquis and brother-in-law Ralph Bosc. She was an incredible pillar of strength and solid role model for her family. Her inspiration and cheery smiles will be sadly missed. The family wishes to thank the staff of the Emergency Unit of St. Boniface General Hospital and Nurse Leonard Streilein for their efficiency and caring in our time in need. Mass of the Resurrection officiated by Father Leo Couture, will be held at 10:30 a.m. at Precieux-Sang Church on January 22 preceded by viewing at 10:00 a.m. The Desjardins Funeral Chapel in care of arrangements, 233-4949 or toll free 1-888-233-4949.
